· Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for employee relations, payroll, accounts receivable payable and enforcing company policy. They enforce policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. They will assist in recruiting for all departments within the company when needed. Also responsible for preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Essential Job Functions:
· Perform all job duties in accordance with laboratory procedures and policies.
· Work Cooperatively with other.
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
· Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortable.
· Payroll
· Process accounts payable and receivable, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments.
· Payroll and record-keeping, ensuring accurate calculation of hours and deductions.
· Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial reporting and audits.
· Enter deposit into financial ledger
· Enter invoices to the system and send them out to customers.
· Handle employee relation needs.
· Interviewing applicants.
· Assist the Human Resource Supervisor with projects.
· Follow safety procedures.
· Enforces compliance guidelines to Meet HIPPA and OSHA standards.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Handle job responsibilities in accordance with Accelerated Analytical Laboratories of ethic and appropriate professional standards and applicable state and federal law
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· HR and accounting roles is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/financial software and QuickBooks.
· Previous experience in HR and Accounting preferred.
· 2-year experience with filing and records management.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Technology/computer skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Software.
· Ability to manage a variety of task with multiple timelines.
· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
