We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage client onboarding and integration projects. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI files requested from clients and experience working with healthcare and revenue cycle vendors. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with client systems.
✅ Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams, partner resources, and client liaisons to facilitate smooth transitions.
✅ Maintain detailed project documentation within the NS system and ensure compliance with best practices.
✅ Identify potential implementation risks and troubleshoot to ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ Communicate project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
✅ Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
✅ Provide mentorship to supporting staff and contribute to best practices in project management.
✅ Innate ability to kick start tasks, assign deliverables, ensure execution of the team’s deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience: Prior experience in healthcare and revenue cycle vendor environments is required.
🔹 Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of EDI files and data exchanges within client systems.
🔹 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
🔹 Software Skills: Competence in Google Suite, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
🔹 Communication: Strong oral and written skills with a focus on customer service.
🔹 Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to document projects meticulously.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement logical solutions.
🔹 Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team setting.
🔹 Travel: Must be open to travel as required, possibly for extended durations.
