Accelerated Collision Repair is looking to expand and has an immediate job opening for a Non-Structural Auto Body Technician who will assist in safely repairing and assembling vehicles in accordance with Accelerated and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment. Repairs may include, but are not limited to removing damaged fenders, panels, grills, and reassembling the vehicle parts after painting is complete.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers

· Strong, consistent attention to detail

· Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting

· Extensive knowledge of performing high-quality repairs using up-to-date methods

· Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards

· Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years automotive repair experience or relevant transferrable skills

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of prior automotive repair experience or relevant transferrable skills

· Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned

Must be willing to complete and pass I-CAR Gold Level Courses and Certification. Accelerated Collision Repair pays for courses for our team and technicians to complete.

Must have valid drivers license.
