JOB DESCRIPTION
Accelerated Collision Repair is located in the scenic town of Waynesville, North Carolina. We proudly serve Western North Carolina by delivering exceptional collision repair services to our customers. ACR is committed to excellence, holding certifications in 12 manufacturing brands. Accelerated Collision Repair is looking to expand and has an immediate job opening for a Structural Auto Body Technician who will safely repair vehicles in accordance with Accelerated and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment. Repairs may include, but are not limited to removing damaged fenders, panels, grills, and reassembling the vehicle parts after painting is complete.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers

· Frame equipment and structural body repair required
· Strong, consistent attention to detail
· Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting
· Extensive knowledge of performing high-quality repairs using up-to-date methods
· Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards
· Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of structural collision experience required

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of prior auto body experience as a collision repair technician required
· I-CAR & ASE certifications required
· Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
