Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and reliable Fire Sprinkler Technician who can serve both roles of inspector and fitter. This role involves installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading fire sprinkler systems for commercial, and industrial settings. Our ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring all work meets NFPA codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, measure, cut, and hang fire sprinkler pipes according to NFPA 13 standards.
- Perform system upgrades and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor apprentices on installation, safety, and technical skills.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working condition.
- Communicate project needs, progress, and timelines to office staff and supervisors.
- Place and track material orders to ensure adequate supplies are on-site.
- Respond to and resolve emergency situations as needed.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely work completion.
- Coordinate with other trades and manage job site security, cleanliness, and organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Facilitate final inspections with relevant authorities.
- Train new hires and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain stock inventory and oversee planning for future projects.
Job Requirements:
- Practical experience in fire sprinkler systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and train apprentices effectively.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Business Hours)
- Overtime available based on business demand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
