Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and individualized patient care that aligns with the APTA Code of Ethics.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries, before the end of each day.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Technicians.
- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy trends and techniques, ensuring best practices are implemented in patient care.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and other insurance guidelines.
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment, ensuring equipment is functioning and properly maintained.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, marketing efforts, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Opportunity to travel to other clinic locations occasionally, if necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia (or license eligibility upon graduation).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Medicare and other provider guidelines is required.
- CPR certification (preferred).
Physical Demands:
- This position requires standing, walking, and moving throughout the day, as well as performing physical tasks related to patient treatments.
