Position Title: Enrollment Counselor
Reports to: Enrollment Outreach Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part Time available
Compensation: $19-$24/hour
Job Description
Enrollment Counselors work with the Enrollment Marketing and Communications Team and are accountable for recruiting and enrolling students to achieve the organization’s student enrollment growth objectives. They will coordinate all aspects of assisting prospective students with the application and enrollment process.
Role Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or call center
Background check: Demonstration of a clear state and federal criminal history
Language: Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
The Enrollment Counselor team is accountable for recruiting and enrolling students over the phone to achieve our student enrollment growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an enrollment expert to students and families.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns to recruit potential applicants.
- Assist prospective students throughout the application process, including follow-ups and completing necessary tasks for enrollment.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets/quotas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in a high volume call center preferred
- Experience with CRM and telemarketing software preferred (e.g., Hubspot, Five9).
- Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages is a plus.
- US work authorization

Option 1 (Rotating Weekends Closing):
- Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Monday: 12 PM – 9 PM
- Tuesday: 12 PM – 9 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 12 PM – 9 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Option 2:
- Sunday: Off
- Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: Off
Part-Time Schedule (CST)
- Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Monday: 6 PM – 9 PM
- Tuesday: 3 PM – 9 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 6 PM – 9 PM
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM
