Are you the type who spots a trend before it takes off and knows how to turn it into content that people actually want to engage with? Too many questions?
If you're nodding "Yes" to all of the above, ACC is looking for you. Someone who can turn our social channels into a destination-not an afterthought. Someone who understands that great social media is equal parts art, science, and intuition.
What you'll do :
- Own the social content process end-to-end for all of our agencies, from developing monthly content calendars to creating scroll-stopping eye candy for every platform.
- Know our voice, be our voice : Craft posts that hit, whether it's a 10-second video or a 280-character mic drop.
- Grow our social following and actually engage with them. No ghosting. No cringe replies.
- Work with our agencies to amplify their stories. Think campaigns, cultural moments, and behind-the-scenes gold.
- Keep us ahead of the game. Trends, tools, weird internet rabbit holes-you know where culture's headed before anyone else.
- Analyze what works, ditch what doesn't, and keep pushing for what's next.
