We are seeking a Data Management Specialist with expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP to oversee and manage vendor, material, and customer data. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, standardization, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data maintenance and automation, and the ability to optimize master data processes.

- Manage and maintain Vendor, Material, and Customer Master Data in Epicor Kinetic.
- Develop data validation rules, standardization policies, and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance, teams to define data requirements and standards.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleansing to remove duplicates, outdated records, and errors.
- Implement data quality monitoring tools and processes for continuous improvement.
Vendor & Supplier Data Oversight
- Maintain vendor records, including payment terms, contact details, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with supplier qualification processes and approved vendor lists (AVL).
- Work with procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing, lead times, and supplier performance tracking in Epicor.
Material & Inventory Data Management
- Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), part numbers, unit of measure (UOM), and item classifications in Epicor Kinetic.
- Standardize material naming conventions, descriptions, and categories to prevent duplicate entries.
- Ensure material data aligns with inventory management, engineering, and production planning processes.
Customer & Sales Data Oversight
- Ensure customer records, sales territories, pricing agreements, and contract terms are correctly maintained in Epicor.
- Monitor credit limits, tax codes, and payment terms for compliance with finance policies.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to validate data integrity and update CRM fields.
- Support the automation of customer data entry, order processing, and quote-to-cash workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Epicor Kinetic and/or other ERP platform experience in data management, master data setup, and governance required.
- Strong knowledge of Vendor, Material, and Customer Master Data structures.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement workflows, and sales order management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data validation and process optimization.
- Ability to document data governance policies and provide user training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epicor’s Data Management Tool (DMT) for bulk data uploads.
- Familiarity with ERP data migration, cloud data storage, and multi-site data management.
- Background in Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
