Skills: Welding Production Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Springboro, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding production and supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers engaged in welding operations
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding production
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
