Project/Program Manager IV

This position is a Hybrid role in San Jose, Austin, Chicago, New York, Scottsdale.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
  
• Proven experience managing projects with MS Project Experience managing budgets, financial acumen, organizational skills, attention to detail.
  
• Project Online/Server experience - PPM tool (general) - strongly preferred.
  
• Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs and proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure.
  
• Proven Risk/Issue management experience and experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources.
  
• Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously.
  
• Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets between $500K - $5M Minimum.
  
• Non-Technical Skills Communication (All), Verbal, non-Verbal, Polished, Listening Skills Thought Methodology - ability to craft story, communicate background, next steps, what's in it for me Knowing audience - Engagement model, understanding what others like in communication

This is for the customer service domain. This role is going to be supporting our assistant servicing or our teammate tools. Couple of projects under that would probably have a lot of some automation and AI attached to it as we try to get more efficient with our tools and bring generative AI.


RequirementsInteractions with manager and the team, BI weekly one-on-ones. This person would be working very closely with a senior program manager who overseas all of our teammate tools currently. Be working day-to-day with the senior program manager for the kind of task, deliverables, updates, first level of escalation questions, onboarding.

Nice to Have: Background in AI.
Years of Experience: 8 minimum
Degrees or Certifications: Bachelors would be great to have for bonus. PMI/PMP not a deal breaker.
