Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Individual, Couples, and/or Group psychotherapy to eligible and diverse clientele;
- Complete and maintain appropriate electronic health records (EHR) documentation congruent with Washington State Law and industry standards;
- Maintain and field client digital and phone communication regarding appointments and correspondence, including emails, returning phone calls, and messaging through our EHR system;
- Work closely with your clinical supervisor, as well as administration regarding client care and clinical/administrative operations;
- Attend and prepare for weekly supervision meetings with your clinical supervisor;
- Participation in monthly staff meetings;
- Use clinical judgement and skill to effectively and appropriately diagnose clients' concerns, plan treatment, and execute evidence-based practices in order to meet treatment goals;
- Demonstrate a commitment to the appreciation of diversity and multicultural awareness;
- Consult with other practitioners regarding appropriate client care as needed; and
- Provide welcomed feedback on ways to improve your experience as an employee.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid active license from the Washington State Department of Health at the time of hire;
- Completed Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy; and
- Hybrid schedule - provide services in-person and via telehealth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/training in couple’s therapy;
Facilitating group counseling; and/or
Specialized training in trauma, EFT, EMDR, or ART.
