Handyman

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Handyman Helper to join our growing team. This role primarily supports renovation work, with some light assistance in deliveries and warehouse tasks as needed. This position offers potential to grow into a Superintendent role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various renovation tasks, including painting, basic woodwork, installing mirrors, toilet fixtures, and shower doors (prior renovation experience a plus!)
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Occasionally assist with deliveries and pickups
- Occasionally help with loading/unloading materials
- Assist the project manager with meeting subcontractors on job sites
- Meet inspectors on-site and provide access to the job site when necessary
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of renovations (preferred)
- Experience in painting and/or light woodwork
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license (a plus)
- Pickup truck is highly recommended
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a warehouse environment (a plus, but not required)
