The ideal candidate would be provided with a flex work schedule of up to 7 to 8 hours weekly for one business day or split between two business days in our Rehoboth Beach office, with flexibility from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing & Events Coordinator to create a schedule of social media posts.
- Access and utilize our platforms of assets to create multimedia content that runs parallel to our travel agency’s in person & online events, print advertising, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with fellow team members of Accent on Travel to design posts that resonate with our audience of travel enthusiasts and our goals.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing social media content for our current platforms, including posts and reels, that aligns with our brand voice, values, preferred partners, and advisor specialties and activities.
- Increase our social media presence across various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply them to our strategies.
- Prior experience in social media management, with a proven track record, is essential.
- Possession of an LLC business license, as you will be working as an independent contractor.
- Exceptional content writing skills
- Experience as an influencer or similar background is highly desirable.
- Passionate about worldwide travel.
