We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homeowners' association. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the homeowners' association, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance community living.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, including landscaping, repairs, and inspections to ensure community standards are upheld.
- Facilitate regular board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide reports on community status and financials.
- Oversee vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
- Assist with property leasing processes as needed, including marketing available units and conducting showings.
- Maintain accurate records of all association activities, communications, and financial transactions.
- Foster positive relationships within the community through effective customer relationship management.
Experience
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships within the community.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to real estate management is preferred.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the real estate sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices will be beneficial.
