JOB SUMMARY
Our Field Technician will be responsible for homeowner occupied repairs that will include (but not limited to) carpet rekicks / restretches, tile grout / caulk touch ups, hardwood board replacements, etc. The Field Technician will also be cross trained to handle miscellaneous tasks related to production repairs and touch ups as assigned by supervisor. Our ideal candidate would be detail oriented, self-sufficient, and able to work with a sense of urgency while remaining positive and maintaining accuracy through daily processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
