Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least three years of experience and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Invoicing and Billing : Generate, review, and send accurate invoices to customers using QuickBooks software.Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely issuance of invoices.Accounts Reconciliation : Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled in QuickBooks.Collections and Customer Communication : Proactively manage accounts receivable balances, including following up on overdue accounts.Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure prompt payment.Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular AR aging reports and provide insights on outstanding balances.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all AR activities and transactions.Collaboration : Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve billing or payment disputes.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits related to AR functions.Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.Requirements : Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.Proven expertise in QuickBooks software.Skills and Competencies : Strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
