Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets, ensuring all necessary details are collected.
- Route tickets to the appropriate internal team or external vendors.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for common technical issues, including phone, computer, and printer problems.
- Direct employees to the correct person or department for issue resolution when appropriate.
- Handle equipment logistics, including receiving, swapping, and managing laptops, mobile phones, and printers for incoming / outgoing employees and training events.
- Assist with the setup and distribution of new equipment for staff as needed.
