Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic, Commercial Site Design company who is hiring for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage commercial development projects, develop project plans and effectively collaborates with both the team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manages and guides commercial development through the site development and civil engineering processes.
- Oversees multiple projects, successfully managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Develops project plans including risk identification, scheduling, developing alternatives as well as allotting and evaluating resources.
- Communicates regularly with team and customers on status of project.
- Identifies and solves projects challenges with team members.
Requirements
- College degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of Land Planning and/or Civil Engineering experience.
- Skilled in managing and guiding commercial developments thought the site development and civil engineering processes.
- Direct experience working with city officials, guiding projects through the permitting and review process.
- Excellent Communication, Writing, and Presentation skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
