Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of enterprise business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate tools, and implement technical solutions that improve business operations.
- Oversee integration initiatives across systems using platforms such as MuleSoft, ensuring data consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor application performance, enforce configuration standards, and ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery policies.
- Guide vendor relationships and future application planning while mentoring and developing internal team capabilities.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience managing enterprise business platforms, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a diverse application portfolio, including internal development tools.
- Strong understanding of system integration, business analysis, and application governance best practices.
- Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, FileMaker, or similar integration and custom application platforms.
