You are :

Seasoned professional to provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise for a Federal Agency cyber security program with emphasis on Federal information systems’ compliance with applicable Federal, Departmental and industry regulations and standards including NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 / 53A.

The work :

Manage a team performing cyber security oversight, threat intelligence analysis and reporting, penetration testing, compliance reporting, and security controls assessments for Federal General Support Systems (GSS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and National Security Systems.10-20% Travel Requirement.

The candidate will apply their expertise in applying the NIST cyber security framework, experience with security controls assessments, information system networks, security operations and understanding of Federal policies to assist Federal Managers in further evaluating, analyzing, reporting, and advising on the risk posture of systems, networks and data and implementing an agency-wide cyber oversight program.

Qualifications :

Experience with performing cyber security controls assessments using the NIST 800.53A framework.

  • Must have Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree; or Associates degree plus additional two years' experience

Ability to travel to CONUS locations and approximately weekly meeting with client in Washington, D.C.

Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work with senior agency Federal and contractor employees.

Bonus Points :

  • Professional Certifications in CISSP / CISM

    As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.     The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

    126,300 — $243,100 USD
