Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Cyber Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality cyber training programs on personal and enterprise security products. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven instructional abilities to prepare the next generation of cyber professionals in support of critical National Security priorities. Our team works to develop, evaluate, and test unique cyber capabilities and solutions for our government customer. As a dedicated Cyber Technical Trainer, you will design comprehensive cyber training curriculum, to include lesson plans, user guides, immersive labs, mock tools, analytic packages, and presentation materials in direct support of cyber tool deliverables. As capabilities evolve and new tools are incorporated into the training curriculum, you will be involved directly with our CNO developers and technical documentation specialists to create tailored training solutions for specific customer needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct learning through a variety of delivery methods as directed by Program and Technical Leadership.
  • Design, implement and maintain secure training environments for hands-on exercises.
  • Deliver technical training through face-to-face classroom sessions and remote learning platforms, as requested.
  • Evaluate and incorporate new tools and technologies into training programs.
  • Provide input on training program strategy and direction.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training materials.
  • Create and maintain interactive training environments using virtualization technologies.
  • Develop and update training materials to reflect current tool development and techniques.
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings with the end Customer, AFS, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee and support meetings, operations, and other activities at designated Contractor, end Customer, or AFS facilities, as requested.

Here's what you need :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with implementing effective and advanced training methodologies.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience designing comprehensive Cyber training curriculum.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in software development or hardware design and rapid prototype software development.
  • Strong background navigating complex virtual test environments using vSphere and ESXi, and the ability to handle VMware workstation operations.
  • Academic degree(s) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Physics or equivalent military experience
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security clearance.
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Prior experience with military or government cyber operations support.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours.
  • Experience using, evaluating, and implementing modern software and automation tools to help manage high volume technical writing requirements.
  • Security Clearance :

  • Active TS / SCI security clearance required
  • As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.     The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

    108,400—$203,400 USD
