The work:
The SAP Production Planning Analyst works closely with architects, developers, technical services teams, and the client to perform job functions and responsibilities and/or activities, minding integration between activities and other sub-teams to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Defining business requirements in collaboration with client for SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation within assigned end-to-end business process workstream.
- Driving workshops, discussions, and decisions on business requirements and solution design within assigned workstream.
- Collaborating with client, functional team, and technical team to refine solution design and validate that it meets identified requirements.
- Defining required configuration to support functional solution design.
- Performing gap/fit analysis of requirements against standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities within assigned workstream.
- Developing detailed business process designs and associated documentation.
- Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build.
- Developing functional designs and corresponding documentation, test plans and scripts, etc.
Here's what you need:
- 1 years of SAP business analysis experience with hands-on functional configuration in Production Planning (PP).
- Experience in working on end-to-end SAP projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship).
- Work in St. Louis office 3 times per week.
