Job Description
Lead a team of developers, O&M and DevOps engineers, testers and analysts in the development, maintenance and enhancement of a system that aggregates video content feeds and related features like transcription and translation and AI / ML. Oversee the team in Agile delivery, helping ensure development tasks are properly scoped, estimated, scheduled, completed and deployed. Perform some development tasks, based on complexity and priority and the workloads of others. Provide subject matter expertise on the architecture, code base, and functionality of the system.
Responsibilities :
- Work with a Functional Analyst to refine requirements, generate Non-Functional Requirements (NRFs) and system requirements
- Research technologies and prototype solutions
- Create architecture designs and diagrams
- Work with developers and DevOps resources to ensure solution feasibility
- Reverse engineer Cloud services and code bases to document existing solutions
- Research and design optimizations to existing solutions
- Understand software architecture and code base
- Work with scrum master to organize backlog in preparation for sprint planning
- Provide direction to front and back-end developers
- Assist in code reviews and advise on best practices
- Ensure team is on track to meet technical milestones and deliverables

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
