- You'll manage and support BlueBeam Studio sessions and provide training to users.
- You'll administer the ProjectWise database, including user management and file uploads/downloads.
- You'll generate monthly ProjectWise reports and offer technical support.
- You'll review and research data, drawing sets, and DSA/CD/As-Built/Red Line documents for completeness.
- You'll conduct QA/QC reviews of CAD/BIM As-Built drawings for compliance.
- You'll provide ArcGIS support as requested.
- You'll maintain direct communication with college teams to track deliverables.
- You'll report progress and updates to the PMO on a weekly basis.
- You'll travel to college sites and collaborate with on-site teams.
- You'll deliver supplemental BIM modeling and Revit support as needed.
- You'll support Lidar-related tasks upon request.
- You'll assist teams with locating documents and providing general tech support.
- You'll offer training and assistance across systems to college, district, and facilities teams.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field (Can be substituted with 8 years of experience.)
- 1 or more years of experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator or relevant experience.
- Requires well rounded experience working with Design and Construction teams
- Working knowledge of Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD/BlueBeam
- Experience with closeout processes

Salary : $74,690 - $82,160
