- You’ll create and update program and project documents, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- You’ll manage records from initiation to project completion.
- You’ll generate routine and ad-hoc reports, including summaries of outstanding items, key milestones, and closeout preparations.
- You’ll coordinate tasks with other Document Control Specialists and analyze project documentation for efficiency improvements.
- You’ll identify risks, developing problem areas, and compression opportunities for project closeout.
- You’ll advise management on project risks and communicate updates effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- You’ll ensure compliance with prescribed standards, SLAs, and document templates.
- You’ll support project teams in maintaining timely and effective change management processes.
- You’ll monitor and facilitate business process improvements within the Document Management System (DMS).
- You’ll provide training for new and existing team members on document control best practices.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
- High school diploma required
- 6 years of direct experience with a degree, or 8–10 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Experience managing projects or portfolios valued between $10 million and $100 million, including EPC projects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- PMI-SP or PMP certification, or certifications in records management or document control
- Proficiency in Office 365 and document management systems such as SharePoint Online, Procore, Oracle Unifier, or OpenText

Salary : $71,000 - $82,000
