• You'll possess the ability to lead proposal related tasks and assignments under the supervision of Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Coordinators.
• You'll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones).
• You'll create writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision.
• You'll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns.
• You'll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency.
• You'll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field – or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education.
• 1-2 years of experience coordinating proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).

• Expertise in proposal-related activities: qualifications, proposals, presentations.
• Grasp of technical skills required for database management.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
• Demonstrated graphic design capabilities.
