A motivated, driven Amazon Connect Technical Architect with experience shaping the approach and estimating the effort/right-sizing teams to deliver desired outcomes for clients. You enjoy using your contact center and customer experience knowledge to estimate innovative solutions. Driven by curiosity, you explore how new technologies can be applied to solve challenging business problems. The work: Specialized Technical Sales for Customer Experience solutions utilizing Amazon Connect Drive full end to end Technical Solutioning and effort estimation from origination and initial client conversations, thru discovery, design and transition to delivery Work directly with client Executives and Technology Leaders to Design AWS Connect architectures and the teams that will deliver them Design Amazon Connect/Lex/Pinpoint Architectures that optimize AWS capabilities and leverage Accenture's assets and differentiation. Collaborating within a sales pursuit team to develop innovative approaches to solving complex problems

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in the contact center or PBX industry

Minimum 3 years' experience with effort estimation and technical design for Amazon Connect and related technologies

Deep understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email and chat channel designs and contact center operations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification

Hands on Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint

Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots

A customer obsession mindset

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
