Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and implementing business requirements
• Troubleshooting production incident with detailed root cause analysis
• Designing solutions, and implementing them using RPG, CL, and other AS400 technologies
• Preferred locations: Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling level 2 and 3 production support

• Experience with RPG, CL, and other AS400 technologies

• Strong communication skills

• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working and coordination experience with teams based in India and Philippines
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
