Project Description:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records in the system. The CSR will also verify other health insurance by web verification.
Shift is 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. CST Monday-Friday
Hybrid Role 2 weeks Remote, 2 weeks In Office
Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to other health insurance carriers if unable to verify information online
- Must have Prior Healthcare Insurance Experience
- Collect policy information from health insurance carriers
- Verify clients’ health insurance policy information
- Accurately enter insurance data into Third Party Liability (TPL) database
- Verify health insurance policy information via health insurance carrier’s web portal
- Maintain quality score of 98% or better
- Perform special research
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.
- Strong computer skills
- Must be tech savvy
- Data Entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong Organizational skills
- Analytical and research skills.
- Ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion.
- Microsoft Excel Experience required
Education:
- High school Diploma or GED
