Leverage machine learning and cloud technologies to improve client businesses by enabling data science capabilities at scale

Engage in interdisciplinary and international teams that gather technical, business, cloud, and data science competencies, delivering work in agile methodologies (at client locations, remotely, or mixed).

Your accountability, responsibility, and autonomy will grow with your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods.

1-2 years of experience in applying data-driven approaches to a variety of business scenarios, including creation & use of advanced analytics / ML algorithms. 

Proficient in at least one of programming and query languages like Python, PySpark, SQL etc

Understand various Data Science, Machine Learning concepts & algorithms such as clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameters optimization, NLP, LLM.

Very good command of English language.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with frameworks like XGBoost, lgbm, SMOTE, Prophet, Hyperopt, Keras or Open AI API would be an asset.

Have an unstoppable thirst for knowledge and are comfortable with ongoing skills development whether it comes to learning completely innovative technology or mastering relevant ML algorithm. Interest in innovative topics like Generative AI, Quantum Computing or Responsible AI.

Have experience or interest in delivering analytical projects with top Cloud platforms such as GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (Machine Learning, Functions, Data Factory), AWS (Sagemaker, Athena). Experience with Databricks

Working Conditions:

Headquarter in Warsaw with office in Kraków.

We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
