What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Operations Analyst - Trainer position at Accenture?
The Health Operations Analyst - Trainer will be responsible for supporting in performing research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, asses and resolve complex issues. Viewed as a SME (subject matter expert) and is able to troubleshoot and advise processing guidelines as needed following client processes. The Billing Agent/SME will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop training solutions based on detailed design specifications and according to client requirements
Support the planning, scheduling, and overall management of training solution delivery in partnership with key stakeholders
Ensure optimal learner and faculty experience and capture feedback on engagement and learning outcomes in support of continuous improvement of training solutions and design approaches
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Quality Auditor SME or claims processing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of outsourcing operations experience in a healthcare environment
Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field
Quality Auditor certification
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
