Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will represent a cutting-edge Generative AI platform tailored for the healthcare and hospital sector. This platform is designed to help large hospitals enhance their clinical outcomes through advanced AI-driven insights and tools. You will work with major healthcare institutions, positioning the product as a transformative solution for improving patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
  • Own end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for pipeline origination, progression, closure, and post-close account management.
  • Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
  • Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics to leadership.
  • Lead and develop the next generation of sales leaders.
  • Drive sales team performance by setting KPI targets and directly leading Digital Inside Sales sellers.
  • Conduct regular group and individual sales meetings.
  • Implement personalized sales and messaging strategies to optimize team performance.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Generate and report weekly sales data.
  • Own team performance against sales targets and implement an effective sales execution process.

This is a hybrid role.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years inside sales management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years full-cycle sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with technology product demonstration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling technology into healthcare sector
  • Fluency with data analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
