  • Create and manage a design production lifecycle that is high-volume, responsive, scalable, and iterative
  • Build a multi-media learning practice to increase end-user adoption, quality, and performance
  • Evaluate and optimize learning production efficiencies
  • Coach and develop a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality
  • Assess team skills and identify opportunities for enhancement leading the team to implement new and innovative learning strategies
  • Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their skills
  • Collaborate across internal teams and client stakeholders to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through learning production lifecycle

  • Possess strong project / product management skills with a high adaptability for change
  • to successfully run concurrent learning projects in a dynamic environment
  • Leverage knowledge of latest design trends in learning strategies, instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design , including microlearning, data-driven learning, machine learning / AI
  • Develop and promote best practices in training design and influence the team to adopt and execute them.
  • Apply your strong knowledge in industry standard design / rapid authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, and Camtasia, and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools. An ideal candidate should be well-versed with the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement through review and analysis of stakeholder feedback
  • Your experience counts! Here's what you need :

  • BS Degree and / or professional certifications, preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, or a related specialty
  • Must have 5 years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery and learning technologies
  • Must have 3 years of proven expertise in executing successful customer service-learning programs and managing and coaching instructional design teams
  • Experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Contact center operations familiarity
  • Experience in leading high-performing, successful teams
  • Experience in coaching and change management
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems / Customer Relationship Management Systems / Interactive Voice Response Systems (e.g., Moodle, Salesforce, NICE CXone)
  • As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

    The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

    88,600-$178,600 USD
