The typical BA role rotates between Release Support and Feature work. The Compliance Analyst will be pulled in as a Subject Matter Expert as needed, to assist with questions and direction. The candidate must have the ability to research various topics independantly including but not limited to system calculations, industry and compliance topics as well as working to become an expert in FHA, VA, USDA data entry and document mapping. The candidate must be comfortable working with teams to assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining/creating automation tests. A technical background including SQL and reading code, is helpful. Candidate should possess strong match and reasoning skills. In addition, the Compliance Analyst will act as a product SME to answer questions from staff regarding current functionality, system inputs, process and outputs for the Mortgage Cadence Platform product
Apply mortgage/software industry knowledge to help continue process improvement and team communication. An intermediate level of understanding or experience, at a minimum, of the entire forward mortgage process, along with a basic level of understanding of mortgage compliance rules and regulations is required.
Manage deliverables for initiatives and adhere to Mortgage Cadence product development methodologies
Extract detailed system requirements from user story scenarios and high level business requirements by interpreting federal and state regulations and compliance recommendations.
Experience working with external customers is required. Analyst will investigate and document cusomer complaints/questions/concerns regarding compliance items.
Consult frequently with our internal customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns"
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Mortgage Industry or Credit Lending Industry
Minimum 1 year of experience in either system configuration, software development, or worked as a business analyst in the mortgage industry or credit lending industry.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent working experience as a business analyst in software industry or mortgage industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage Loan Origination System.
Well-developed oral, written and listening skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
Proficient in Development/Requirement Management Tools (SQL, XML, ADO).
Ability to document detailed functional requirements with an eye on usability and auditability.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a close attention to detail.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
