You Are :
An experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant, your daily tasks will include :
Provide Functional and Technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in the Atlanta office.
What You Need :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
A minimum of 3 years’ Functional and Technical experience with implementing and / or support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advisory or consulting role
Bonus Points If :
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus
Deep understanding of the Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports and fast formulas
Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
