You Are:

A professional consultant with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of pivoting to the Cloud. Your human superpower? Using your expertise to build relationships with our clients and leveraging your creativity and analytical powers to solve their most complex business problems. You’re as comfortable leading teams and driving client conversations as you are configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:


  • Implement complex Oracle HCM solutions for our global clients that transform, simplify, and drive better insights into their HR functions.

  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle across the HCM suite including Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.

  • Leading workstream teams to design, configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

  • Work with the program leadership and client stakeholders to create leading solutions powered by Oracle

  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements

  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation


  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    What You Need:


  • A minimum of 7 years of Oracle HCM end-to-end implementation experience

  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on configuration experience in Absence Management or Time & Labor, including strong business process background

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team of consultants and clients who has the ability to drive business requirements, facilitate design meetings, support hands-on Oracle HCM configuration, and has the passion to teach and train their team

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)


  • Bonus Points If:


  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Previous experience in Consulting, working with clients on their complex business problems


  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.     Colorado $94,400 to $230,000

    District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000

    Illinois $87,400 to $230,000

    Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000

    Maryland $87,400 to $213,000

    New York $87,400 to $266,300

    Washington $100,500 to $245,000
