The work :

• Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities.
• Lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices.
• Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment.
• Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready.
• Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients.
• Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including :
• Organizational change analytics and data visualization.
• Behavioral science practices.
• Agile change management methods and tools.
• Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms.
• Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency.
• Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships.
• Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management.
• Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed.
