About The Role
As a Product Strategist in Song Design & Digital Products, you’ll bring a combination of strategic foresight, delivery excellence, and business development chops to help us grow our impact across industries. Help clients create a long-term product vision, positioning, and strategy.
Ensure delivery excellence that achieves client expectations and business results.
Design and implement a modern product organization and operating model to help clients deliver business value and growth through customer relevance, faster time-to-market, improved agility, and better resource allocation.
Look for opportunities to promote craft development and excellence, coach and mentor team members, and demonstrate a commitment to innovation.
Originate and lead new cross-functional business development opportunities.
The Work
Client Delivery & Product Leadership
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver digital product strategies and solutions across customer, employee, and operational journeys.
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for clients – from opportunity identification through MVP and scaling.
Act as senior client advisor to guide product thinking, facilitate alignment and trade-off decisions by balancing business needs, customer experience & technical feasibility, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure product delivery aligns with client business objectives, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
Coach internal teams and client product teams on product ways of working, operating models, and governance.
Product Strategy & Craft Leadership
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to shape product and experience strategies.
Contribute to the development of practice IP, methodologies, and service offerings.
Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, or in published thought leadership.
Sales & Business Development
Lead or contribute to new business pursuits, including proposal development, pitch delivery, and solutioning.
Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand our footprint.
Help develop account strategies in collaboration with the practice GTM team, Client Account Leads, and client account teams.
What You’ll Need
10 years of experience leading digital product management, strategy, or transformation initiatives in top-tier consulting firms, digital agencies, or product-driven organizations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10-50 to deliver high-impact digital products and services that drive measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated success in shaping and winning $1M client engagements through business development, proposal leadership, and relationship-building.
Skilled at connecting product vision to business strategy, using data-driven analysis and structured storytelling to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have…
Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, growth-oriented, player-coach mindset.Passion for solving real human problems with creativity, technology, and rigor, informed by data.
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments and working across industries with clients at varying stages of digital maturity.
Experience with modern product operating models (e.g., dual-track agile, product portfolio management).
Exposure to design thinking, lean experimentation, or service design.
Familiarity with AI (including GenAI, data models and governance), digital platforms, ecosystems, and technology fundamentals (no need to be hands-on technical).
Experience in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
Certification in Agile (POPM, APM, CSPO).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
