Job Description
The QA Test Lead works on a web application development team and ensures it runs properly by overseeing all testing components. The team looks to this person for their expertise as they work through the development life cycle. The Test Lead collaborates with functional and engineering team members, as well as customer stakeholders when appropriate, to understand requirements, user stories, defects, and other engineering delivery tasks. Use this understanding to develop test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria. Execute these plans and scripts, communicating findings to engineering team members to address issues found during testing. On completion of testing, prepare summary reports of results.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with Functional Analysts, UX / UI Designers, and engineers to define requirements and use cases that are applied to test cases.
- Compile an organized defect report and assist developers in identifying the priority of each defect
- Collaborate and communicate with developers, users, product owner, and stakeholders to ensure that all the expected requirements are met
- Account for differences between environments when planning and conducting tests

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
