You Are

The Management Consultant designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

The candidate will be a Consultant within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry.
Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components.

Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Consultant will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Here’s What You Need:

• A combined 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

o Management consulting experience

o Consumer lending/mortgage lending experience

o Core banking experience

• Demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects
• A Bachelor's degree

` Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
