The Work :
You work with Accenture sales teams to help them shape compelling, client-specific messaging and visual concepts to support their sales proposals. This involves end to end client and customer experience such as :
- Leading and facilitating design thinking sessions with sales teams
- Capturing outputs from these sessions for leadership review
- Developing creative proposal concepts, messaging, and RFx toolkits
- Participating in stage-0 conversations with sales teams to support origination efforts
- Developing innovative ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture at orals
- Training others globally in ID8 methodology
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, techniques, and deliverables
- Designing and advising the client sales experience end to end, in collaboration with IGD (Interactive Graphic Design), Orals and deal teams
- Communicating effectively ideas, facts, concepts, stories, messages, etc. from one person or group to another
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years in sales support, sales innovation, and / or Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree

Experience with MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with collaboration tools (Mural, Menti)
Experience with Win themes and storytelling as it relates to the sales process

Experience with international teams.
