Responsibilities :

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is required. Scrum proficiency is recommended, along with Agile Process Coaching, Agile Project Management, and Pega Architecture, all with advanced proficiency. You will :

• Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
• Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation
• Good Communication

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
