You are :

An experienced SQL DBAThe Work : The Database Administrator (DBA) handles multifunctional database projects. The DBA administers development / test databases. The DBA is primarily responsible for performing many related database functions across one or more teams. This may include designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup / recovery and configuration management. The DBA is able to install database management systems (DBMS); related software tools and has a working knowledge of operating systems. The DBA is also able to submit input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; and Tampa, FL. Qualified applicants in other targeted locations may be considered.

Heres what you need :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
• A minimum of 3 or more years of SQL Server DBA experience in a production environment
• A minimum of 2 or more years of SQL programming and performance tuning
• A minimum of 2 or more years of Backup / Recovery
• A minimum of 2 or more years shell scripting (Windows)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
