Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects on time are essential.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Basic Qualifications : Minimum 5 Years : Spring Boot / MicroservicesMinimum 5 Years : Cloud TechnologiesMinimum 3 Years : Leading developersBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years) work experience. If Associate’s degree, must have minimum 12 years' work experience.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with one of the leading cloud platforms.Experience deploying systems into a production cloud-based environment.Experience in large-scale, enterprise-level application architectures.Minimum of 2 years of experience with Java 8 or higher.Professional Skill Requirements : Proven success Leading / Managing team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Desire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
