You Are:
A business focused technology leader with a deep understanding of the heavy equipment distribution industry, using that experience and skills to shepherd clients and their dealers on their ERP transformation journeys. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring technology solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
Lead teams focused on maintaining and extending the legacy heavy equipment Dealer Business System until dealers are ready to pivot to Microsoft Dynamics 365
Provide leadership oversight and strategic guidance related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ finance, sales, service, and rental operations.
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Microsoft Dynamics offerings
Analyze technical and functional integration requirements, providing business insight based on experience in the heavy equipment distribution industry
Develop and maintain relationships with heavy equipment dealers, focusing on CFO and CIO levels and helping them chart and deliver their ERP transformation journeys
Where needed, lead transformation project work streams and delivery teams
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management
Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics Experience (D365 or AX)
Minimum of 5 years of Dealer Business Systems (custom COBOL ERP) experience
Minimum of 5 years working at a heavy equipment dealer
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or working with offshore resources.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
You have experience in Azure
You have experience in Power Platform
You have experience in SAP, or Salesforce
You have experience in integration and middleware technologies
You have experience in broader non-ERP technologies used in the heavy equipment dealer industry
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
