Key Responsibilities :

As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy and automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. Additionally, you will :

• Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies to improve overall quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in the testing process.
• Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

Basic Qualifications :

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
