As a member of one of the world's largest Workday-certified teams, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you'll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
As a Workday Financials AMS Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include :
- Provide enhancement and maintenance of clients' financials business process
- Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on client requirementsProven experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution techniques
- Facilitates requirements gathering and documentation, leading discovery and design sessions
- Focuses on identifying trends, determines root cause of problems, predicts future implications and determines solutions to drive effective business decisions
- Supports release management, reviews release summary and releases readiness documents from system vendors
- Identifies enhancements relevant to the financials system and impacts to downstream systems
- Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
