Job Description :
Lead a team of 1-4 consultants in the Talent work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Architect the Workday Talent solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
- Provide the project delivery & functional leads with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
