Every Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a crucial and valued role in our close-knit community. Schedule :
B Block : Saturday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Wednesday (7 : 30 pm - 7 : 30 am)
What You Will Do :
Assist with daily personal care tasks to ensure client dignity and comfort.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and significant changes.
Monitor client well-being, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
Help individuals enhance life skills for greater independence and social integration.
Implement client behavior programs that may include physical restraint to ensure safety.

What We Need From You
High School Diploma or GED
Valid and current Florida Driver's License
Pass a Local Law & Level II Background Check
Able to complete 2 weeks of onboarding and training.
At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
